Inside Frycold’s merchant verification process

Every merchant that registers on Frycold goes through the same three-step pipeline: registration, KYB (Know Your Business) verification, and manual approval before the profile is visible to any buyer.

Registration collects the basics — business category, location, and the documents needed to confirm the entity is real and active. This alone filters out a large share of spam sign-ups common on open directories.

KYB verification cross-checks business registration details, GST status where applicable, and prior trade history. This is the step most directories skip entirely, which is also why spam-heavy listings are so common on them.

Only after both checks pass does a profile go live in the Frycold Verified Merchant Registry, which is refreshed daily. It’s slower than an instant sign-up — by design. A verified network is only as good as its weakest unverified listing.
