Who pays the Tip?
The tip has to be paid to delivery guy directly by the store. They can use UPI or Cash and it is not optional. We advice our pickup people not to take anything extra even if forced to do it.
Can we bill this charge to Customer?
We advice stores to price products at same rate they are selling at store. Charging for delivery leads to reputation loss as per our research therefore try pre-structure it.
Why did pickup guy return tip to customer?
We charge tips for successful delivery and we train our pickup to honor that agreement in case of issues like spillage with complete transperancy.
